- Blend : blend of 75% Syrah and 25% Grenache
- Nose : brilliant dark garnet color, with elements of rose, cherry, and toasted wheat. Sinuously strong. It is aged in oak for one year. This wine will complement any elegant table whether serving roasted meats or hearty vegetarian fare.
- Pairing: In France this is often paired with duck. It also makes a terrifc accompaniment to this vegan Marinara Sauce (recipe courtesy of Dr.Weil)
- A.O.C. Saint-Chinian.
- Aging Potential : 6 to 10 years
- Blend : An intriguing blend : 35% Grenache, 30% Carignane, 20% Syrah, and 15% Mourvèdre grapes.
- Nose : Rich aromas and flavors of berry, black currant, coffee, licorice and spice, complement the long smooth finish.
- Pairing: Best enjoyed over a long leisurely meal with friends and family.
- Blend: A superb blend of of 30% Carignane, 30% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 20% Mourvedre grapes.
- Nose: Dry, jammy fruit flavors of plum, black cherry and blackberry enhanced by hints of black pepper.
