Item Description

Affectionately known as "The Baby Bombers", The Staten Island Yankees are a Class A Short Season Team for the world famous "Bronx Bombers", The New York Yankees. Many of today's major league stars, including Robinson Cano, Brett Gardner and Francisco Cervelli, started with the Baby Bombers before rising up through the ranks to become the "greats" that they are today. The Richmond County Bank Ballpark at St. George, just steps from the ferry terminal in Staten Island, is New York's premier waterfront stadium and has become one of the standard bearers in professional baseball parks across the country.  Over the outfield walls lies a picturesque view like none other featuring lower Manhattan, the Statue of Liberty and New York Harbor. The 7171 seat home of the Staten Island Yankees is the crown jewel of the borough and is one of finest stadiums in the country.

This special "Owner's Day" includes: 

  • Up to 15 guests at a S.I. Yankees game in the "Owner's Suite" with catered food and non-alcoholic beverages 
  • A tour of the stadium facility
  • Meet the staff and feel free to give everyone raises or the day off!
  • Announce the players coming up to bat from the media production booth
  • 2 personalized Staten Island Yankee Jerseys
  • Photo opportunity with team mascot in the suite
  • Full roster-signed bat as a souvenir
  • All children in your party will be the first ones to run the bases after the game

Item Special Note

**On a mutually agreed upon day, season runs from mid June through Labor Day. 

 Excludes Opening Day and July 4th Weeked Games

 

2016 Conditions of Sale

You will be notified by e-mail if you are the winning bidder. If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply and will be billed to your account. Local residents may make arrangements for pick-up between November 16, 2016-December 1, 2016.

1. Your bid on an item is a binding agreement to pay the school for the services/ items offered.

2. Unless otherwise noted, the deadline on claiming services will be November 13, 2017. After this date all right and entitlement to the item or service are cancelled.

3. Items may not be returned or exchanged.

4. BCDS does not provide kosher certification. The kashrut of all food items is guaranteed only by the company/restaurant/host.

5. Bi-Cultural Day School does not warrant the quality, value or the safety of any of the items or services offered for purchase at the auction. All items are sold in “as is” condition. Dollar values are estimated and provided by the donor and are not warranted by BCDS.
