Pensamientos, emociones y sensaciones físicas están intrínsecamente asociadas con la forma en que nos relacionamos con la comida y nuestro cuerpo. Tanto las prácticas de Mindfulness como los ejercicios con alimentos reales son componentes integrales de este curso de 8 semanas para trabajar en deshacer el piloto automático y entender cuando comemos, porque lo hacemos. Desde ahí, podemos generar el cambio con amabilidad, compromiso y aceptación.

"Cultivating Consciousness in Your Meal" is an 8 week program based on Mindful Eating-Conscious Living from Jan Chozen Bays and Char Wilkins (MECL). The union of Mindfulness, food and our relationship with food is the key focus of this Mindful Eating program. Thoughts, emotions and physical sensations are intrinsically woven in the way we relate to food and our body. Mindfulness practice and the mindful eating exercises with real food are the components of this course of 8 weeks to dismantle the automatic pilot and to understand ourselves better when eating and why we eat. From there, we can generate a change with kindness, commitment and acceptance. (Offered in Spanish)
