Adicionalmente, podrás integrarte al grupo cerrado en Facebook de retadores. Dentro de este grupo recibirás, además de apoyo, convivencia, ideas, porras, inspiración y acompañamiento a lo largo del recorrido, la oportunidad de participar por un premio si completas el reto. La modalidad de Reto para la subasta es Reto Oro, que incluye dos sesiones individuales de 50 minutos conmigo, presenciales (Chimalistac, CDMX) o a distancia.

Lilia es médico especialista en medicina mente-cuerpo, programas basados en mindfulness y compasión y psicoterapeuta.Trabaja con individuos, parejas y familias incorporando la atención plena y otras herramientas de auto cuidado para contrarrestar los efectos del estrés en la salud, enfocándose en la conexión dinámica de mente y cuerpo y ayudando a las personas a crear conscientemente salud y bienestar integral.
Se especializa en el trabajo con personas que padecen depresión, ansiedad y trastornos alimentarios, con más de doce años de experiencia clínica en esta área.
Lilia dirige talleres de atención plena enfocados en distintos temas de salud. Se ha entrenado en los modelos MBSR, MBCT, ME-CL y MB-EAT. Es maestra de yoga terapéutica restaurativa.
Ha tenido una práctica personal de meditación desde 1997.

Lilia Graue, MD, MFT, Founder and Director, Mindful Eating Mexico
Lilia is a physician specializing in mind body medicine, mindfulness and compassion based programs and psychotherapy. She works with individuals, couples and families incorporating mindfulness and other self-care tools to counteract the effects of stress on health, focusing in the dynamic connection between mind and body and helping individuals to consciously create health and wellbeing.
She specializes in working with those suffering from depression, anxiety and disordered eating and body image, with over 12 years of clinical experience in this field.
Lilia facilitates workshops for the general public and health professionals. She has trained in MBSR, ME-CL, MBCT and MB-EAT. She is a certified instructor in therapeutic and restorative yoga.
Lilia has had a personal meditation and yoga practice since 1997.
