One week stay, two bedroom condo, at the Casa Mar Resort, directly on the beach in Siesta Key (Sarasota), FL, on the warm, tranquil Gulf of Mexico. 120 feet from the condo front door to Siesta Beach, what has long been considered one of the finest white sand beaches in North America by the Travel Channel, and was formally voted by the National Healthy Beaches Campaign as America’s #1 Beach in 2011. The complex has two heated swimming pools, tennis court, classic shuffleboard courts, beach volleyball, High Speed Internet, a book library and DVD library. The two bedroom condo unit has a fully equipped kitchen, Cable Television, Blu-ray Player, and WIFI availability.

August 5th - 12th and see the Red Sox at the Rays August 8th or 9th or

Item Special Note

Restrictions/ Instructions on Successful Bidder Use: The successful bidder must be an adult of 21 years of age or older and must provide confirmation information to the condominium owners and to Lacey Realty, Inc., managers of Casa Mar.

The condominium unit is available for one week (seven continuous days) within the general span of time beginning August 5, 2017 and ending December 16, 2017, with the exception of the period of from October 21 through November 4, 2017. Exact, actual dates of occupancy must be worked out with the condominium owner.

The stay covers condominium accommodation only. The costs of transportation to and from the resort and all food, beverage and entertainment costs are the responsibility of the bidder.

Enjoy a week of fall vacation in what is this part of Florida’s best season. The heat and humidity of summer is gone, the days are warm, the Gulf waters still warm and inviting.
