Item Description
Classic! This English Ironstone vegetable dish dates c.1855, and was produced by G.F. Bowers (George Frederick Bowers) in Tunstall, England. A lovely Baltic (octagonal) shape. The handle on the lid is a split pod.
Wonderful condition; no cracks; some signs of wear on outer rim of bowl and on bottom of foot.
Picture this on your holiday table!
Details: Bears the GW Bowers makers mark. Bowl measures 8 1/2" in diameter at the rim, 4" tall, and approx. 2 1/2" deep. The lid is 7" in diameter at base and 4" tall to the top of the handle.
