Item Description
Hillcrest Guest House is one of the most established and oldest guest houses on St. John, with a wonderful family legacy dating back 5 generations. This wonderful location allows you to enjoy St. John on a budget and see that the true richness of the island cannot be bought, or sold. It lies in the beauty of the island and the heart of her people.
The red and white door was painted as an homage to the Danish heritage of the original owner Ethlyn Harthman Lindqvist Hall, the mother of your inn-keeper today, Ms. Phyllis. Located within walking distance of Cruz Bay this is a perfect place to hang your hat and "feel human again" as the owner, Phyllis says. There are four top suite rooms with an ocean view and two on the lower level, surrounded by the flower gardens Phyllis tends.
Like Goldilocks, there is a room that is just right for you at Hillcrest! Each of the six suites is available with this bid. So you can choose what works for you based on whether you are coming alone, with a friend or two, or a partner. Five of the rooms have a Queen size bed, and a full-size futon. The top-level "Sunset Suite" has a king size bed, and a full-size futon. All rooms have the amenities to make your stay peaceful and comfortable, including air-conditioning, tv and a kitchenette or full kitchen, so you can prepare your own meals when not in the mood to dine out around St. John (Eating out every meal gets pricey, no?!)
Visit the Hillcrest Guest House website to see the room options and learn more about your stay!
