21 OAK supports local farmers and business' in the Connecticut region. Heirloom varieties picked at their freshest produce exquisite meals with a focus on food, friends, and fellowship.

Tasty menu selections include the Portabello Steak baked and seared with a turmeric lemon-tahini dressing; Lentil Buckwheat Pancakes with garlic-ginger mixed veggies and greens, spiced cauliflower puree, curried coconut-tomato cream; Hummus Crunch Wrap with chickpea-white bean butternut hummus, carrot, beet, radish, arugula, green goddess cashew crema; an array of fresh salads including the Brussel Sprout Ceasar with shaved brussels sprouts, spicy tempeh crouton, cashew caesar dressing; Navajo Chili with root vegetables, heirloom bean blend, Chef Shawn’s chili spice; and a Mezze Platter with a selection of marinated beets, hummus, caponata, and french lentils.
