JCCCNC reaches out to bring its members and community wonderful opportunities to learn how to make tradtional cuisine based upon cultural practices. The last one for the season is already sold out, but we were lucky enough to save TWO SEATS just for you!

Our upcoming winter kaiseki cooking workshop will take you on a delectable journey through the fresh seasonal flavors of the emerging season in a traditional multi-course meal. The workshop will be primarily taught through demonstration with participants providing the final, artistic touches to complete these fine kaiseki dishes.
Tasting Menu:
- Ebi shinjo (steamed prawn dumpling)
- Kobumaki (New Year’s kelp roll)
- Tatakigobo (burdock root in sesame dressing)
- Crab and cucumber sunomono salad
- Sekihan (red beans and mochi sweet rice)
- Ichiban dashi soup stock

The winning bidder's name will receive a confirmation and be added to the attendee list. This workshop certificate can only be used for the December 10, 2016 workshop and can not be exchanged for any future workshops.
