The spacious kitchen is fully equipped (including dishwasher) and is perfect for anyone who likes to entertain or enjoy the ocean view while cooking! The 2 spacious bedrooms are at the rear so you'll enjoy a quite night's rest. The master has a king and the guest bedroom a queen. There is a laundry / storage area with full-sized washer and dryer, as well as 2 full bathrooms. 

The condo has internet and phone, and is wired for Shaw Satellite (Canadian) in the living area and bedrooms. There is also purified water and air conditioning throughout.

Te fascinará el diseño de este hermoso condominio frente al mar, amueblado, súper amplio , 2 dormitorios / 2 baños - te encantarán las vistas y la ubicación!

La sala es de tamaño doble - con vistas al mar desde todos los ángulos, incluyendo las áreas de cocina y comedor!

Cuenta con un gran balcón frente al mar para disfrutarse en cualquier momento del día. Cuando se lleven acabo eventos en la plaza de enfrente, tendrás la mejor vista! así como podrás disfrutar de ver a los famosos clavadistas o disfrutar de la salida de flota de cruceros, transbordadores o barcos de pesca.

La cocina está totalmente equipada (con lavavajillas) y es perfecta para cualquier persona que le gusta entretener o disfrutar de la vista al mar mientras cocina! Los 2 amplios dormitorios están en la parte trasera, por lo que disfrutará de una noche bastante relajada. La recámara principal tiene una cama king size y la recámara de invitados tiene una cama queen. Hay un lavadero / trastero con lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo, así como 2 baños completos.

El condominio cuenta con internet y teléfono, y está cableado para satélite de cable Shaw (Compañía de cable Canadiense) en el área de la sala y recámaras. Cuenta con agua purificada y hay aire acondicionado en todo el condominio.

Vue centro histórico es de los pocos edificios en Mazatlán donde se aceptan mascotas! (Aplican algunas restricciones)
