Chef’s demonstration/class and Champagne lunch at Sea Salt for twenty (20) people
Born in the heart of the Adriatic coast of Venice, Italy where he began his culinary career, Chef Fabrizio Aielli’s experience includes fine restaurants in Italy, the Caribbean and Washington, DC. Now Chef/Owner of Sea Salt on charming 3rd Street South in Old Naples, he takes pride in showcasing fresh seafood along with innovative contemporary specialties, fine wine and craft cocktails. As the name Sea Salt suggests, Chef uses 130 different types and flavors of salts from around the world to season his innovative dishes and put his unique touch on Florida's finest ingredients.
The spectacular wine cellar at Sea Salt contains some of the most revered wines in the world. The wine list highlights a collection of older wines as well as wines from small producers that are released in limited quantities. Because of the daily menu change, Sea Salt’s sommeliers have the opportunity to explore the full range of the beverage program, choosing wines and spirits that are uniquely suited to the numerous flavors of the Sea Salt menu.
Gather your friends and propose a Champagne toast to this day of epicurean delights!
