Item Description
You and one of your friends can meet Sr. Leibson for "alumerzo" (lunch) and some touring of Detroit's Mexicantown on a weekend day. Practice ordering food in Spanish at an authentic Mexican restaurant (Mr. Leibson's treat) and see some of the sites of one of our area's most vibrant neighborhoods. Depending on weather, the tour might include viewing various murals, visiting a "panaderia" (bakery) or "tortilleria" (tortilla factory), museums, art galleries or other local attractions. Open to all students in3-8 grades. Must be used by May 27, 2017.
