Item Description
Led by Chef Julia Helton, our food menu has an emphasis on fresh, sustainable meats and produce sourced from local farms such as Slagel Family Farms, Jones Farm and Yuppie Hill Poultry. The objective is to offer fresh food to our guests with a rotating menu of seasonal dishes. The food menu mirrors what our guests have come to expect from our beer list.
Craft beer is not a new trend for us, it’s something we’ve been focused on since the craft beer movement came on the scene in Chicago shortly after we opened in June of 1990. Our 26 rotating drafts have an emphasis on local and domestic crafts with some Belgian and other imported influences. We frequently host special events featuring a unique selection of specialty beers that we carefully collect such as our annual Stout Spectacular, Holiday Beer Roll Out, and Festival of Barrel Aged Beer events.
