Item Description

Camp Birch Hill is a family owned and operated, traditional, overnight summer camp for boys and girls ages 6-16.  Each year they welcome between 180-200 campers to their grounds in New Durham, NH.  Sessions go from two, four, to six weeks during the summer months.  What sets Birch Hill apart from most summer camps is their unique elective based program.  By encouraging choice, campers are able to design their own schedules by choosing from over 50 diverse activities the camp has to offer. 
 
On their website  www.campbirchhill.com you can view these activities, some of which include horseback riding, wakeboarding, paintball, arts and crafts, drama, photography, sailing, basketball, tennis, high and low rope, zipline, fun with cooking, nature study, golf and much more.  Situated on over 100 acres of private land next to a crystal clear swimming lake with 2,000 feet of sandy beach shoreline Birch Hill has many great facilities for an exciting, genuine camp experience.  Their facilities include an indoor gymnasium, horse stables, riding ring and trails, ball fields, four clay tennis courts, two paddle tennis courts and outdoor basketball courts, beach volleyball, street hockey arena, golf driving range, miniature golf course, a stage and fine arts complex that hosts plays, special events and evening programs.  Their newest addition is a High Ropes course that was designed specifically for their campers age range.  Campers and staff come from near and far, the majority being from the United States but also from countries abroad, such as Spain, Italy, China, Japan, New Zealand, France, Canada and more.  Camp Birch Hill has been voted to be in the top five New Hampshire summer camps by Boston Parents Paper.  Their employees are carefully hand picked based on merit, experience and qualifications.  They are a caring, fun-loving group of individuals who create an exciting and safe environment for their campers. 
 
This exceptional summer camp is a home away from home for many.  It is a chance for kids to experience summer in the outdoors while building friendships and memories that last forever.
 
 

Item Special Note

Must be a first time camp family for one camper only with one Bidding for Good Auction.

Camper must be from Acton or Boxborough.  

Camper must be under the age of 12. 

In addition to the auction value, a $200 fee is due to Camp Birch Hill with signing to cover off campus trip expenses. 

Valid for Session I (June 25 – July 8, 2017) and Session III (July 23 – August 5, 2017)

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A FUNDRAISING EVENT AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. 

All winning bidders will be charged a transaction fee of 5% of their final bid, not to exceed $50 per item, to cover a portion of the auction transaction fees.  We thank you for bidding and supporting the Merriam School.
