This is a special opportunity for anyone considering growing their family through egg donation.  We know this is an emotional and personal decision, and we want to offer this opportunity but also respect confidentiality. 

This item is a certificate for an experienced lawyer to provide you with an Egg Donation Contract.  You do not need to meet in an office and all the details of the certificate are below. 

We have a confidential way to bid: 

    +You can use a nickname/alias on the system and only the one volunteer (who is also an attorney and will keep your information confidential) with access to the back of the system will see your name and will email you the certificate.

Item Special Note

Item Description: This certificate is good for legal services limited to the representation of the intended parent(s) for the preparation of one egg (ovum) donation agreement with the egg donor selected by the intended parent(s).    This includes preparing a draft agreement, consultation, negotiating changes, circulating a final version for signatures, and preparing a legal clearance letter for the physician for the intended parent(s).  This process is generally completed via email and telephone consultation.  Intended parent(s) do not need to meet in law office. 

This Certificate is valid through June, 2018.  

The egg donor will need independent representation from her own lawyer.

*Important note:  Representation of the Law Office of Susan Katzman begins only upon winning bidder signing a retainer agreement for representation with attorney.
