Item Description

Win a two hour lesson with OMS U12 coach Mike Cronin. You'll get instruction, video and the world's best advice!

Mike grew up skiing Mount Ascutney almost every day after elementary school. Between the woods, jumps and rugged double fall lines he knew skiing would be a lifelong passion.  Mike attended Woodstock Union High School where he was a three sport varsity athlete: Skiing, Football, and Lacrosse.  He captained both the Football and Ski teams, contributing to multiple State Championships. Being a multi-sport athlete himself, Mike understands and values the importance of being a well-rounded athlete.

While attending Saint Michael’s College in Colchester VT, Mike spent as much time on snow as possible while earning a degree in Business Management. Since graduating, Mike has worked for several major construction companies as a project manager.  This work, by the nature of the construction season in Vermont, has allowed Mike to stay active in the ski industry every winter.  Mike spent several winters in Killington and Jackson Hole.  After moving back to VT, Mike met Mariel, and has been at Okemo ever since.  He currently coaches the OMS U12 athletes. His passion for the sport is not confined to the race course.  Mike promotes a strong fundamental foundation, good technical mechanics, and an overall love of skiing in his athletes.
