Incredible chance to own a gorgeous diamond and garnet pendant and necklace!  This item was appraised just weeks ago, on 1/12/2017, for $675.00 with a "good" condition. The pendant has set diamond rows alternating with square cut set garnets.

The appraisal verifies that this item features three prong-set square natural garnet stones, with a total garnet weight of 2.47 carats.  The largest stone is 1.31 carat, middle is .76 carat, and smallest is .40 carat.

The necklace includes nine round prong-set brilliant cut diamonds, each approximately the same size, for a total diamond carat weight of .13 carats.

The pendant is marked "14k" and has a bright polish finish.  The 16" chain has a spring clasp.

Pendant is marked 14K; we do not see a mark on the necklace but we do not have a jewler's loupe and appraisal mentions "marks."  First paragraph of appraisal says: "One electronically tested 14KT white gold lady's cast & assembled natural pyrope garnet & diamond pendant.  Condition is good.  Featuring diamond set rows which alternate with square cut pyrope garnets.  Sixteen inch chain with spring clasp.  Bright polish finish. Identified with markings of '14K.'"
