Item Description

John Stockin has been making maple syrup in Lyonsville with the help of family and friends since 1973. The Stockin family - John, Janine, Ben, and Raymond sets approximately 3000 taps, producing 800 to 1000 gallons of syrup yearly. With the first signs of spring, the Stockins gather and then boil down the sap in a wood-fired stainless steel evaporator. Their award winning syrup is then processed from tree to the finished product in less than one day.

The full gallon may not be available all at one time, delivery may be divided into half-gallon portions as fresh batches of maple syrup become available.
