The winner will receive three months of general counsel legal services, representing up to three (3) hours per month for general legal questions and consultation, including corporate law, contract review, employment matters, insurance law or related matters. About Wade Gochnour. Mr. Gochnour concentrates his practice in the areas of business and corporate law, construction law and litigation. Mr. Gochnour has comprehensive experience in all facets of commercial litigation, from inception through trial and appeal, and has been a Mountain States Super Lawyer for several years in a row. Mr. Gochnour is licensed in Nevada, the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and has been in practicing for 20 years. Restrictions: To comply with ethical rules, prior to providing legal services, Howard & Howard must confirm there are no conflicts of interest in representing the winning bidder. In the event of a conflict, the package is transferable to other persons without a conflict of interest for these type of services.
The services described above must be used in consecutive/uninterrupted months from the date of first work to be performed under this package.
These services do not include litigation, arbitration, government or administrative agency matters.
Expires: The work covered by the package must begin by January 1, 2018, and conclude by March 31, 2018.
