She received her B.A. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1984 and her J.D., cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1987. Ms. Mullins was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 1987. Ms. Mullins concentrates her practice in the areas of probate, guardianship, trust administration, business and estate planning, corporate law, contracts, construction law, real estate and commercial litigation.
