Item Description

The winner of this package will receive legal services in the creation of a new Nevada corporation or limited liability company. From Howard and Howard Law.

Creating a legal entity is important for many reasons, including (1) first and foremost, protecting your personal assets from liability, (2) obtaining certain tax benefits, and (3) enhancing your venture’s credibility and branding. 

  Howard & Howard’s services will include: 

• filing the Articles of Incorporation or Organization;
• drafting the Bylaws or Operating Agreement;
• drafting the organizational meeting minutes;
• filing the initial Annual List; and
• obtaining a tax I.D. number (EIN). 

The package does not include Nevada Secretary of State filing costs.

Gardberg.  In Las Vegas, Mark Gardberg is the head of Howard & Howard’s corporate & transactional team.  For 20 years, Mr. Gardberg has handled matters all over the world, including in Nevada, California, Florida, and New York, and overseas in Great Britain, Russia, Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Mexico, and the U.A.E.  Mr. Gardberg received his J.D. from U.Cal.-Berkeley in 1996, finishing in the top 10% of his class, and his B.A. summa cum laude from Georgetown University in 1991.
