Item Description
All the fun of paintball followed by a pizza party! On Saturday, May 6, arrive 8:30am (to get outfitted, practice etc.) for paintball, with pizza party at 12pm.
Hosted by 6th grade dads Jerry Barakos and Juan Velasquez with a dedicated American Canyon coach to help everyone!
This is for all CSB 6th graders, siblings (9 and older), and their parents (moms play for free!). The CSB group will have exclusive use of various American Canyon areas including forts.
American Canyon Paintball is an hour north of San Francisco, located at 2 Eucalyptus Drive, American Canyon, CA 94503 (5-minutes north of Six Flags Discovery Kingdom, CA Highway 37 and I-80).
The paintball park has around 40 acres of action-packed outdoor paintball fields with terrain varying from dense jungle fields to Speedball games, along with forts and bunkers as if you’re in a video game. There’s no place like the American Canyon jungle – a unique paintball experience!
Item Special Note
For CSB parents and 6th graders, $75 per person – MOMS PLAY FOR FREE!!! All siblings welcome, ages 9 and older (to use the low-speed paintball equipment).
You will want to wear dark-colored play clothes and sneakers that you don’t mind getting dirty. (Paintballs wash out.) Protective gear is provided at the field. A baseball cap or bandana is suggested. A release form will be provided in advance. Go to paintballjungle.com for more information.
Does paintball hurt? Every paintgun is checked for velocity before every game. The ball’s impact is more startling than painful, something like the quick sting of a fat rubber band. Every day, paintball at the Jungle is enjoyed by women and men, young and old alike.
In addition, low impact paintball options are also available for players who want to experience the “splat” only with less “startle”:
Level 1: Pump action, spring-loaded markers fire rounds at less than half the velocity of normal paintball markers.
Level 2: Compact, lightweight, high-tech semi-automatics allow players to experience the action at two-thirds the velocity.
