Eva Katz, Consulting Editor for America's Test Kitchen, has taught ethnic cooking classes, holiday-themed classes, classes on grilling and barbecuing, and more. She’ll work with you to design a cooking class that suits your skill level and interests – what will you pick?
Eva has 20 years of recipe development and professional cooking. These truly tested, tried and true recipes are here to inspire and ignite your home cooking. Her recipes have been featured in Cook’s Illustrated, Cook’s Country, Fine Cooking, Fresh, Australian Gourmet Traveler, Murdoch Books and Australian Good Taste.
Cooking class will take place at Eva's house in Jamaica Plain.

Item Special Note
Cooking Class Terms and Restrictions: Good for 5-7 people – either adults only, or a mix of adults and kids (11 and older). The class can be scheduled on weekdays or weekends (no weeknights), and will run for approximately 3-4 hours. All ingredients are included in the cost.
