Item Description
A rich seaside painting done at Warren Point, colorful and textured, by one of Baltimore's treasures, Raoul Middleman. His work is prolific and provocative, and his paintings have been described as "intelligent, messy, and utterly masterful." This unframed oil painting on canvas measures 18" X 18". Over the past half-century, Middleman has come to be widely considered one of Baltimore's most important contemporary artists, along with Grace Hartigan and Joseph Sheppard.
