Good for any of the regularly scheduled weekly tastings held Tuesdays 5-8pm, Fridays 5-9pm and Saturdays 2-6pm.
Wine Tastings & The Wine Tasting Bar
Everson Royce has three regularly scheduled wine tastings each week. No reservations required and all are welcome (assuming that you are at least 21 years old, of course).
Tuesday Easing Your Way Into the Week (5pm - 8pm):
Ease your way into the week, as Everson Royce serves three distinctly different wines along with farmhouse cheeses, charcuterie, olives, and Bub & Grandma bread.
Friday Night Flights (5pm - 9 pm):
A flight consists of a sampling of three wines of a particular category (it may be a grape, a winemaker, or a region) to compare and contrast. We offer both red and white flights. Served with Bub & Grandma and Vermont Creamery Cultured Butter
Saturday Is A Relaxing Afternoon (2pm - 6pm):
Daytime Relaxation. Daytime Drinking. Together as One. We pour four wines. An aperitif of rosé or sparkling wine to begin, then three wines that revolve around one cohesive theme. This tasting unfolds at a languid pace as befitting a lazy Saturday afternoon (please note that we can power you through the flight as quickly as your schedule requires if relaxation is just not your thing). Served with Bub & Grandma and Vermont Creamery Cultured Butter.
In addition to the weekly tastings, the wine tasting bar has wines available by the glass whenever Everson Royce is open (generally four white wines and four red wines). Finally, all bottles for sale in the retail side of the store can be opened and enjoyed at the tasting bar without any corkage fee.

Item Special Note
Items and/or certificates must be picked up at The Waverly School Elementary Campus at scheduled times or in the business office after those dates. Shipping can be requested by the winner at an additional cost. The Waverly School and/or donors are not responsible for shipping fees.
