Located at 81 Clove Valley Rd in High Falls, NY. The land is owned by Toby Stover, and the vegetable-growing operation is run by Aileah Kvashay (since 2010)

Since 1976 the High Falls Food Cooperative has provided our community with healthy foods at the lowest prices possible. They are open to the public, and owned by their members, nearly 500 strong. They strive to support local producers and sustainable agriculture, purveying organic whole foods as close as possible to the way nature has made them. They also provide nutritional information, vitamins, and supplements to our customers.
From groceries to produce, from bulk grains and nuts to deliciously prepared deli foods, what the Co-Op sells reflects a philosophy that what we eat matters, and that sustainable use of resources and commitment to cooperative principles help to build the community they seek to serve.
