Item Description

You are bidding on 4 general admission tickets to ONE of the Western Reserve Historical Society properties!

You get to choose between:

1. Cleveland History Center- The University Circle Complex in Cleveland, OH, houses: The Research Center, The Crawford Auto-Aviation Collection, The Chisholm Halle Costume Wing, and The Hay-McKinney Mansion.

The Cleveland History Center houses exhibits that tell the story of Northeast Ohio through items, documents and artifacts from a variety of collections. Through the use of its vast and varied collections in the areas of family history, community history, entrepreneurship, and technological innovation, Cleveland History Center provides the public with a much-needed sense of place in today’s mobile society, and a base for learning about invention and ingenuity that can be transferred into modern economic expansion. Each document and artifact tells a story that personally engages individuals, young and old. These stories come alive through the exhibits at the Cleveland History Center. Among a number of rotating temporary exhibits, additional permanent exhibits include the Euclid Beach Park Grand Carousel, Bingham-Hanna Mansion, Hay-McKinney Mansion, Crawford Auto Aviation Museum, Chisholm Halle Costume Wing, and Kidzibits Family Hands-On Gallery.

2. Hale Farm and Village- Located in Bath, Ohio, in the heart of Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Hale Farm and Village is an outdoor, living history museum that depicts daily life for residents of Northern Ohio during the mid-19th century, with an emphasis on life during the years of the American Civil War (1860-1865). Hale Farm features 21 historic buildings, costumed interpreters, farm animals, and more.

Hale Farm & Village’s mission is to preserve and share the story of the Western Reserve through an experiential learning community that creates a lifetime of social value. Hale Farm & Village captures the story of the Hale Family and their 200 year old family farm nestled in the Cuyahoga Valley – a home, a retreat and since 1958, an outdoor living history museum. The InHale experience invites Hale Farm guests to participate in crafting the entrepreneurial spirit, and share in our commitment to preserving the cultural landscape and sustaining social and financial impact through a hand-crafted way of life.
