Item Description
Another great Group Bidding Opportunity!
This tasting tour of Israeli Cabernets will draw on wines from three regions in Israel, with wines ranging from $30 to $80 a bottle, including a wine from Domaine du Castel, an Odem Volcanic Cabernet, a Carmel Limited Edition,
and one very special wine with a high rating from the Wine Spectator. (All of the wines are kosher.)
Sadie will lead the tasting through the historical development of Cabernet in Israel, from the Carmel Mountains, where the modern Israeli wine industry started in 1880, to wines from the Golan heights and the Judean hills .
You may choose to have this tasting for up to 10 guest at either the donor’s apartment or your own home (limited to the upper west side of Manhattan.)
Donor will provide the wines, tasting notes, bread, cheese, fruit, and expert guidance from Israeli wine aficionado Sadie Flateman.
Participants will be offered special pricing on the wines we taste.
