Item Description
Mike Pavol is a fine artist based in Philadelphia with an extensive and beautiful body of work. He creates oil paintings in a variety of genres including portraits, landscapes, still lives, and allegorical. Relish this opportunity to commission an oil portrait of a subject of your choice.
Former FSS Admission Director Sherry Claypool commissioned a Pavol painting in 2012 and reported, “It was a great experience. Mike painted both John and myself in one painting. He came to our house to meet with us, to get to know us, and to understand us and what was important to us!”
Item Special Note
The fine print: the winner is entitled to a portrait of a single person done on a plain background in oil color on an unframed canvas of approximately 9 square feet in area. The subject will need to go to the artist's studio for photography, and all photography will remain the property of Mike Pavol Portrait Artist. The winner will be provided with a choice of three different images, and will select one as the basis for the final portrait. Any additional items, such as framing, additional figures or a specific background, can be done for an additional fee. Must be redeemed by February 2018.
This will be up for sale at Celebrate the Heart of Philly on Friday, March 17, 2017 at the Rittenhouse Hotel. Bidding opens at 7 p.m. sharp. Buy your tickets today.
