Cuisine
Our menu offers a modern interpretation of New England coastal cuisine and utilizes traditional native foraging, local produce, and the ethical use of the sea to create a unique and unforgettable dining experience. Selections change often to reflect the freshest ingredients and flavors of the season.

The dress code for The Restaurant is casual. Jackets and ties are not required but please refrain from wearing shorts and flip flops.

Metacom Kitchen of Warren is a modern American bistro that serves a range of dishes, drinks and dessert. The restaurant features a wide variety of specially-crafted entrees, such as slow roasted prime hanger steak, an Atlantic salmon dish served in smoked black sesame, roasted chicken breast with black truffle sauce and potato crusted pork shoulder with braised collard greens. Metacom Kitchen also provides several specialty appetizers like spiced cauliflower in black garlic and eggplant puree as well as chicken and dumplings soup prepared in a lemongrass broth.
With a full list of beer, wine and spirit options, Metacom Kitchen has options for a variety of customers. They also prepare a multitude of salad options, including a mixed lettuce salad in an aged cabernet vinaigrette and beet salad with basil goat cheese.

Sylvia Moubayed, poet and lively conversationalist, opened her restaurant in 1989. She sought to emulate the basement wine "cavs" she grew up with in Europe and the Mideast, and wanted to establish an intimate space where her wide circle of musician and artiste friends could mingle.
