Built in 1649, Three Chimneys Inn and ffrost Sawyer Tavern overlook the Oyster River and Old Mill Falls. Here, New Hampshire’s historic seacoast greets the foothills that form the southern gateway through our Lakes Region to the White Mountains' northern ski country. Only an hour from Boston, the Inn is a central location for all of your needs and within walking distance to the University of New Hampshire.

Three Chimneys Inn provides 23 elegantly appointed guest rooms located in the 1649 homestead and the 1795 Carriage House. Each room boasts its own personality showing original millwork and exposed beams. All rooms are equipped with their own private baths. Every room has individual heat and air-conditioning controls.

Winning bidder is responsible for picking this item up from the BPC office in the 1791 building on campus between Wednesday, April 12th, 2017 and Thursday, April 27th, 2017.   If the item is not picked up by April 27th, it will be shipped to the winning bidder via regulary mail, unless certified mail is requested by bidder before that date.   If sent by certified mail, Bidder is responsible for the shipping amount.
