Updated 4-bedroom, 2-bath plus loft. Located 50 miles south of Gunnison, Lake City is the only town in all of Hinsdale County, which is 96% public land! Snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing and alpine skiing are all available the quiet winter/spring season. In late spring, summer and fall Lake City is an hotspot for outdoor adventure, with world class 4WD and OHV trails, Gold Medal fly fishing, five Fourteeners, in addition to quaint dining and shopping on the bucolic boardwalks. Large and inviting tri-level condo with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, plus a huge sleeping loft. This unit is the one of the largest in Lake City that is capable of accommodating two families comfortably.

It is located in an exclusive covenanted community on Slumgullion Creek (firepit right beside the creek!) and is only 150 yards from public access to Lake San Cristobal. The main level has the living area, large updated kitchen, full bathroom and two private bedrooms, each with queen beds. The lower level has a master suite with king bed, LCD TV, and a full bathroom, washer/dryer, and bunkroom with four twin beds. The third level is the cozy loft with full-size bed, 50" LCD TV with DirecTV, gas fireplace, couch, love seat and chair, and a small dining table. Ride out onto Jeep/OHV trails directly from the condo without having to trailer. And there is plenty of room to park your trailers. Free use of our canoe and kayak. NEW! for winter 2016-17, we have six pairs of snowshoes ranging in size from large adult down to two pair for kids. Enjoy outstanding snowshoeing right in the front of the condo, out onto the lake or up the hills into public land.
