Item Description
Stanford campus experiential tour for up to four potential applicants! Are you -- or is your soon-to-be junior or senior -- thinking about Stanford? Do you want to know what Stanford life is really like from the inside? Are you wondering what all the fuss is about with the d.school or the Product Realization Lab? This is your chance to see Stanford up close and personal, through the eyes of a freshman. Nueva parents, Phil and Luci Herman, invite up to four Nueva students to join them for a day in residence at Stanford's Otero House, a freshman dorm that they call home. Their daughter Celia, a Nueva sophomore, has grown up in residence with Stanford freshmen and now counts many Stanford students as her friends. Please join her for a day on campus where you will shadow Stanford students in your interest areas. You'll attend classes with them, hang out at the Community Centers, tour the d.school and the PRL. Check out a jet-propulsion laboratory, eat lunch in the dining hall, meet their friends, and just have fun, biking around one of the most beautiful college campuses in the U.S.. As advisers Phil and Luci build strong connections with the residents and know just how much they enjoy sharing their Stanford experiences with potential future Stanford students like you.
