Item Description
You are bidding on three jars of hot sauce made by our own Karen Norfleet (Miss Green Jeans Artisan Hot Sauce). The flavors included are: Habanero Inferno, Cayenne Sweet Potato and Sizzlin' Citrus Sauce.
Habanero Inferno: This sauce was created for the folks who wanted a MUCH hotter sauce, it's fermented habaneros, carrots, onion and garlic; finished with lime juice, a hint of vinegar and spices.This sauce packs a lot of heat and even more flavor.
Cayenne Sweet Potato: Fermented cayenne and jalapeno peppers, red bell peppers, sweet potato, onion and garlic are finished with a little vinegar and rosemary. This sauce is thick, flavorful and moderately spicy. It goes great with tacos, eggs, hamburgers and hash browns.
Sizzlin' Citrius Sauce: This hot sauce combines fermented Fatalii peppers with grapefruit, sweet onion, lime juice and garlic. (Fatalii peppers are related to the Habanero pepper). A fan of the sauce says this sauce is "subtle, so it doesn't overpower a dish" and "it can be used to perk up the flavor of many things without competing." Veggies, fish and pork have all been a hit and we keep getting surprised by what people have tried it on, and loved it (like scrambled eggs)
