Indian: Contrast is the focus of this delectable Indian meal. Flood your taste buds with flavors and sensation. Bite into crunchy cool radishes, green onions and cucumbers dressed in creamy cumin mint dressing, before sampling a piping hot vegetable pakora in a sweet and tangy tamarind sauce. Your meal continues with a mushroom hariyali kebab or eggplant bartha in ginger, garlic and tomato, with a mint coriander chutney, Gobi masala (cauliflower in a rich tomato cream sauce, saag paneer (spinach with homemade cheese cubes), basmati rice and naan to wipe up every last drop.
