Head to the movies with some friends tonight. These vouchers are good for 4 Movie tickets & 2 medium popcorns at Red River Theatres.
Red River Theatres is a state of the art 3-screen, 8,500 square foot Arthouse cinema in the lower level of Capital Commons, at 11 S. Main Street in downtown Concord. The two larger cinemas are equipped with Dolby digital sound, Christie digital projection equipment and stadium seating. The smaller cinema is flexibly designed with 48 removable seats so that we may host workshops, special showings, receptions and other art-related functions. The facility is handicap-accessible, and has been designed by Eric Palson, Chris Lizotte and Anthony Mento of Sheerr McCrystal Palson Architecture Inc. of Concord.
The concession stand, The Indie Cafe, offers beer, wine, sandwiches by The Works, Mitchell’s Salsa and Chips, coffee and locally-made chocolates in addition to our great popcorn and soda offerings. There is also a small Art gallery that monthly offers local artists the opportunity to exhibit and sell their work to our many patrons, members and donors.
Attached to Capital Commons is a 510-space parking garage, with an entrance on Storrs Street and garage access directly into the building. The theater can also be accessed through a street-level door along the pedestrian plaza on Main Street.
