With 36 holes of championship golf, 12 Har Tru tennis courts, a junior Olympic-size pool and a 45,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, Laurel Oak offers 600 Golf, 240 Tennis and unlimited Social Memberships. 18 by Gary Player. 18 by Rees Jones. Each has its own unique style and feel, providing a variety of playing experiences. From the "tips," they are the most challenging two course test of golf in the Sarasota area. With 7 rated tees (four for men and three for women) on both courses, there is a distance and difficulty appropriate for any level of golfer. Two courses allow for at least one to always be open, regardless of maintenance or event schedules.
Please note: there is a 10-percent (10%) handling fee that will be added to the final and successful bid/sell price by the Environmental Institute for Golf. The fee will be added to the final sell amount and charged to the buyer's credit card. In addition, a portion of the proceeds will go to the Environmental Institute for Golf for the advancement of education and research in the field of turfgrass improvement and management, the collection and dissemination of information, environmental protection, and the promotion of public awareness and safety. All sales are final.
