Item Description

Enjoy a 90+ five bottle sampler of Kosta Browne's Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays!  Start your tasting with two bottles of the 93 point 2012 One Sixteen Chardonnay that The Wine Advocate calls a "gorgeous Chardonnay.  Ripe stone fruits, lemon curd, white flowers, liquid mineral, brioche and toast all emerge from the glass, and this beauty has a medium to full-bodied, elegant, taut and energetic profile on the palate that keeps you coming back to the glass.  Staying lively and refreshing, with vibrant acidity, this beauty will age gracefully for over a decade." Next are two 2012 Pinots; the 2012 Sonoma Coast, awarded 93 points by Robert Parker's Wine Advocate, "is a beautiful wine that comes from four vineyards, Gap’s Crown, Griffin’s Lair, Terra de Promissio and Walala. It has a deep ruby/semi-opaque color that is followed by a youthful, rich and concentrated wine offering classic dark cherries, plum, licorice, ground herbs and baking-spice-driven aromas and flavors.  It can be enjoyed now with a decant, but will be better in another year, and have over a decade of longevity," and the 2012 Russian River Valley, awarded 92 points by Wine Spectator, "a strikingly graceful, complex and layered effort that puts the raspberry, wild berry, anise and floral scents front and center, and keeps them at the forefront through the long, lingering finish.  Drink now through 2022." Finish with the 2007 Keefer Ranch Pinot described as "an exceptional bottle of wine! 95 points" by Wine Spectator.
