Born and raised in Morristown, NJ, with relics and presence of Washington's winter there infusing the town, transformed into a New York City schoolkid; dropped out of Pratt Art Institute because he didn't want the responsibility of being an artist; rock 'n' roll drummer; designer and proprietor of spray paint fashion line; student of heiroglyphs; escaping from poverty and returning to Morristown as a computer consultant; Morristown Council member; father; all the while drawing, sculpting, and painting on the side; most recently cut down by a stroke that knocked out his right side and coming back to life using his left hand, restoring himself, picking up the burden of art that cannot be avoided.
