The house is located in what is now perhaps the indoor waterpark capital of the world, with Kalahari Resorts (https://www.kalahariresorts.com/Pennsylvania)), Great Wolf Lodge (https://www.greatwolf.com/poconos), and Aquatopia (http://www.camelbackresort.com/adventures)  all less than 20 minutes away.  In the winter, go skiing and snow-tubing on Camelback Mountain, ten miles down the road, (www.skicamelback.com ), or at numerous other near-by ski resorts (Jim Thorpe, Shawnee).    The local movie theater, with in-seat meal service and a games arcade, is loads of fun, as is the 36-lane bowling alley.  Adults may enjoy the Mount Airy Resort Casino just five minutes away (http://mountairycasino.com), or going to the NASCAR and Indy car races at Poconos Raceway (http://www.poconoraceway.com).  Three state parks with beautiful lakes and hiking/biking trails are also just a few minutes away.

Pocono Farms is a year-round, private, recreation-oriented community (www.poconofarms.com ). Amenities include a huge triple-sized Olympic swimming pool; semi-private golf course available for your use; a lake with kid-friendly beach, playground and fishing dock; tennis courts; basketball courts; bocce court; horseshoe pitch; volleyball; shuffleboard; a health/fitness club; and restaurant/bar.  This vacation includes passes to the pool/lake for four people for three days, with additional passes available for purchase.   Tee times at the golf course will be available at the member’s guest rates.  Other activities are free.

Surrounded by trees on a quiet cul-de-sac, this very kid-friendly home includes four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two living/television rooms, a large kitchen, dining room, two gas fireplaces, and an outdoor deck with 8-person hot tub, fire pit, BBQ grill and outdoor dining.  We also have a large playground set and inflatable water slide for the younger kids, as well as two big-screen TVs, an air hockey table, and numerous games and kids’ toys.  The home sleeps 12: one king bed in the master bedroom,  1 queen bed and bunk beds in upstairs bedroom #2, one queen in upstairs bedroom #3, one twin w/trundle in downstairs bedroom, and two pull-out sleep-sofas.
