Item Description
You are bidding on a $100 gift certificate to be used at either Matteos or Hoboken.
Since it first came onto the scene in 1963, Matteo's in West L.A. has been the epitome of cool. Maybe it was because Frank Sinatr--an old pal of Matty "Matteo" Jordan's from back home in Hoboken--often came to dinner along with his rat pack crowd. Maybe it was the mix of great Italian food, tuxedoed waiters and an upscale supper club atmosphere. Or maybe it was just because no matter who you were, you were greeted like a friend as you enjoyed your dinner next to a Who's Who of Hollywood movers and shakers.
Located in the center of everything at 2323 Westwood Boulevard, Hoboken is the companion restaurant to Matteo’s, a longtime legend on the Los Angeles dining scene. Founded by the man behind Matteo’s, the late Matty Jordan, Hoboken originally served as the overflow space for eager customers who couldn’t get a seat at the wildly popular Westside Italian restaurant. Today, Hoboken has its own carefully crafted menu and an identity strong enough to stand alone.
