Journeying is an ancient technique for healing imbalances in our lives. It is used to retrieve soul elements, connect with guides, heal family patterns, explore elements and find sources of healing and understanding. a Energy healing is a method of restoring balance to our bodies and emotions. Through the opening of channels, people learn to access healing frequency to help support themselves or others.  When Journeying is combined with Energy Healing, shifts occur quickly and gently.  Energy is all around us and within us, moving at different frequencies. These frequencies impact our emotional and physical well-being in subtle, yet powerful ways.  Just as colors reflect light waves at different frequencies, we each have our own unique ways of interacting with the energy around us.  We have the capacity to shift the frequencies we are experiencing, thus bringing our bodies, emotions and connections with others into balance.  

About the session:  As an intuitive healer, I will complete a journey and distance healing for you or your animal companion based on your unique needs, concerns and interests. I will offer feedback and messages received during an hour phone conversation, skype or facetime.

I will need a short description of any specific concerns or questions you would like me to focus on in my work, an emailed photo and name. I will only work with direct permission from you or spirit permission from an animal. 

About Kathleen:  Kathleen Reynolds is an intuitive energy healer, combining earth based practices, meditation and energy healing. She is also a School Psychologist with over 18 years of experience in the education field and mental health fields. She is available for individual, group and lecture sessions of healing work and/or meditation techniques. Kathleen utilizes her developmental and behavioral expertise, in conjunction with gentle healing techniques to optimize client growth. She works with people of all ages and a variety of animals.
