The Bikram Method of Hatha Yoga is a demanding series of 26 postures, done in a heated room and meant to be performed in the given order, to the best of one’s ability. A principle of the class is that one can learn to steadily make new demands of oneself, to work harder, deeper, yet calmer. Bikram Choudury scientifically designed this 90-minute program to deliver total health through the balancing and strengthening of every system in the body in order to prevent illness, injury and some of the effects of aging. Through the series you will work every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament, organ and gland, while systematically moving fresh oxygenated blood throughout your entire body. (Not to mention, you’ll burn a lot of fat.) Yoga is not an enigma. It is a science, more that 5,000 years old, and is an unrivaled means of improving the body, of creating peace of mind and the absence of stress. Good for all Bikram Yoga of Santa Rosa classes including 90 minute Bikram, 60 minute express Bikram, Inferno Hot Pilates,and restorative Yin Yoga.

Item Special Note

Pick Up: School parents (and others who contact us by 9am on Monday, May 15th) can pick up this item at Sebastopol Charter School on Thursday, May 18th, between 2-4:30pm, OR Friday, May 19th, 1-3:30pm. Details about pick up location, any additional pick up times, and scheduling a special pick up time will be emailed to winning bidders at the close of auction.

Shipping: If you are not a school parent, this item will be shipped to you at your expense unless you contact us at fundraising@thecharterfoundation.org  by Monday, May 15th, at 9am, to elect pick up instead of shipping. The estimated shipping charge for this item is $ 3.65.

Please note that if the item is a gift certificate, a gift card, tickets, or a similar item, it cannot be insured. We will send it by certified mail. For other items, the shipping charge will include insurance.

The Charter Foundation is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
