Item Description

Enjoy a meal with that showcases both the bounty of Northern California and the comfort of loving hospitality. We will work with you to design a menu that is delicious, easy to share and beautiful. This can be in your home or other location. We work with a number of wineries in Sonoma and Napa county and would be happy to help you find a place to host your event. (Gratuity not included in price)

Chef Trevor Blake Anderson and his Wife Lacy Anderson bring more than 20 years combined food, wine and service experience to your event. Whether it be an intimate dinner for 2 or a cocktail party for 60, we are here to work with you step by step to make your event magical. 

After moving to California they spent the first eight years living on a small farm in Sonoma where they raised their own meat and farmed their own vegetables. This lifestyle translates into the hospitality they provide. Created from the ground up and flowering into an evening to remember!

Trevor brings experience from many acclaimed restaurants here in wine country, Seattle and the Florida Keys. From Solage (Calistoga), Cook St. Helena, Gaige House (Glen Ellen), Campo Fina (Healdsburg), Peter Lowell's (Sebastopol), Avenue One (Seattle), Rosario Resort (Orcas Island), Cheeca Lodge (Islamorada), Morada Bay (Islamorada), to Farmhouse Inn (Forestville) where he is currently the Estate Chef. He is passionate about ingredients and letting them be the driving force in creating a menu. By building relationships with local farmers and artisans he strives to bring fresh ingredients and ideas to the table.

Lacy complements Chef Trevor's creations with perfect wine pairing recommendations. She can also create a signature barrel aged cocktail or farm fresh libation. Lacy's experience began in Yountville at Thomas Keller's Bouchon Bistro where she honed her skills as a bartender and received extensive wine education in California and French wines. She also co-managed Michelin star rated Ubuntu Restaurant in Napa and help set up bar programs for Cook St.Helena and Campo Fina in Healdsburg. Her vast service experience makes for a perfect accompaniment to Trevor's cuisine.

Actual date of dinner will need to be scheduled with Chef Trevor.

Item Special Note

Pick Up: School parents (and others who contact us by 9am on Monday, May 15th) can pick up this item at Sebastopol Charter School on Thursday, May 18th, between 2-4:30pm, OR Friday, May 19th, 1-3:30pm. Details about pick up location, any additional pick up times, and scheduling a special pick up time will be emailed to winning bidders at the close of auction.

Shipping: If you are not a school parent, this item will be shipped to you at your expense unless you contact us at fundraising@thecharterfoundation.org  by Monday, May 15th, at 9am, to elect pick up instead of shipping. The estimated shipping charge for this item is $4.55.

Please note that if the item is a gift certificate, a gift card, tickets, or a similar item, it cannot be insured. We will send it by certified mail. For other items, the shipping charge will include insurance.

The Charter Foundation is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
