Item Description
Join earth scientist and PS75 parent Kevin Uno for a special tour of the American Museum of Natural History. On this two hour tour, you will dive deep into exhibits and learn what makes the AMNH so amazing from a scientist’s perspective. Sample exhibits include the Hall of Human Origins; the Hall of African Mammals; or the Halls of Fossils, Gems, Minerals, Meteorites; or Planet Earth.
Kevin is a research professor at Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory of Columbia University and studies the past climate of the earth, the role of climate change in human evolution, and wildlife forensics. Bring your child and up to two additional friends for this one-of-a kind tour. Once you’ve filled your brain, you will all go and fill your tummies at the Shake Shack across the street from the museum.
Tour and lunch to take place on a mutually agreed upon weekend date. Museum entrance and Shake Shack lunch included. Expires December 31, 2017.
