Item Description
This auction is for a pair of 12" x 10" original paintings created by Felicity, a 10 year old cancer patient. Felicity's paintings are acrylic on custom wood and canvas wrapped board, coated in high gloss acrylic.
Five young cancer patients had fun creating personal paintings at Dunwoody United Methodist Church on March 5, with guidance from local artist Mark Hedges. The paintings these kids created on that day are more than works of art - they are truly acts of love and triumph.
Cancer is bad enough. But when it affects a child, it is especially devastating. These kids deserve a chance to enjoy life, laugh and have fun. To dream and to create. To grow up. Your donation from your winning bid can help them do just that - and these paintings will be a beautiful reminder to you and your family of their strength and courage.
