Item Description

Enjoy a night out with someone you love with this Tribeca date night!  This package includes two tickets to a production at The Flea Theater, a gift certificate for $50 for dinner at Union Bar & Kitchen and complimentary babysitting!

Union Bar & Kitchen is a bustling Soho tavern on Spring Street, serving a menu of American classics with a few global twists. California fish tacos, pork belly sliders, a crispy skin roasted chicken, and inventive vegetarian and gluten-free options anchor the menu.  Sandwiches and salads comprise a big section of the lunch menu and our "small plates weekend brunch" gives folks the option to mix sweet and savory in only a few bites.  The menu's at UBK reference chef Jonathan Renert's exposure to Mexican, Asian and French flavors and explores his eagerness to bring a union of flavors, as well as people, together in an unpretentious, casual restaurant and bar.

The Flea Theater produces critically acclaimed new works for the  stage, now from their new space at 20 Thomas Street (between Broadway & Church Streets). You'll enjoy two seats to a production in their inaugural season at this space yet to be announced. Past production highlights include 8 World premieres by seminal playwright A.R. Gurney, including the well received Family Furniture as well as Mrs. Farnsworth, a timely political comedy performed by the incomparable duo of Sigourney Weaver and John Lithgow. Other memorable productions include Oh the Humanity and other exclamations, by Pulitzer finalist Will Eno, starring Marisa Tomei and Brian Hutchison and The Great Recession, featuring the work of playwrights Thomas Bradshaw, Sheila Callaghan, Erin Courtney, Itamar Moses and Adam Rapp. The Flea has also become known for performing theatrical marathons including the five hour These Seven Sicknesses and the six hour retelling of The Bible, The Mysteries. Both shows were directed by Ed Sylvanus Iskandar and featured a large company of The Bats as well as dinner and dessert served to our audiences in their seats. Recent productions include Samuel Beckett’s Happy Days starring Brooke Adams and Tony Shaloub, The Nomad by Erin Courtney and Elizabeth Swados and Smoke by emerging playwright Kim Davies.
