Item Description
Rock On: The SE Custom 24 is a high-quality instrument played internationally by touring artists, gigging musicians, and aspiring players. This SE Custom 24 in Tobacco Sunburst features a maple top, mahogany back, wide thin maple neck, rosewood fretboard with bird inlays, and a PRS-designed tremolo bridge. Its versatile sounds come from the 85/15 “S” pickups paired with a volume, push/pull tone control, and 3-way blade pickup selector. The SE Custom 24 by Paul Reed Smith comes with a soft gigbag, it's a modern classic with roadworthy durability, addictive playability, and wide array of tones, making it a perfect workhorse guitar.
You're SE Custom 24 comes with signatures from mini-concert with iHeartRadio on 4/17 by all three members of English indie rockers Alt-J, named for the delta symbol that appears when pressing "Alt" and "J" on a Mac keyboard (and now on your guitar!) First formed in 2008 under the moniker FILMS, the members, all of whom met at Leeds University, spent two years rehearsing before inking a deal with Infectious Records in 2011. Their signature blend of layered, folk-inflected dub-pop and soaring alternative rock was first heard on the 2012 singles "Matilda" and "Fitzpleasure" with the group's full-length studio debut, An Awesome Wave, arriving later that year. The album earned the prestigious Mercury Prize, alongside three Brit Award nominations. They soon became mainstays on the U.K. and European festival circuit expanding outward to the U.S. and Australia as well. Singer/guitarist Joe Newman, keyboardist Gus Unger-Hamilton, and drummer Thom Green released This Is All Yours in 2014 and a new albumn is coming soon!
