9.5”x7.5” photo - 12”x15” framed
Scott Ian Barry has had more than thirty years of experience as a wildlife photographer. His photos have been published in the New York Times and the Los Angeles Times and with the Smithsonian Institution and the Sierra Club.
Barry has appeared with a wolf at Carnegie Hall in New York City and on NBC's Today Show. His extraordinary photos of wolves appear in the children's book Kingdom of the Wolves, which won the outstanding science trade book award from the National Science Teacher's Association, and in a wolf calendar.
After privately viewing Barry's award-winning wildlife portfolio, Ansel Adams called Barry's images "striking and generous portraits."
Barry lives in Woodstock, New York.
Scott Ian Barry is the author of the critically-acclaimed books:
WOLF EMPIRE (The Lyons Press)-which has been personally endorsed by Robert Redford, Tom Brokaw, and Ted Turner; CASTLES OF NEW YORK (SUNY Press); THE STREETER (urban-thriller-novel, TOR Books/St. Martins Press); TOTEMS (Basfal Books); and THE KINGDOM OF WOLVES (G.P. Putnam's Sons)-- chosen as an "Outstanding Science Trade Book" by the National Science Teachers Association
