Winemaker Scot Covington’s Tasting Notes
Aromas of rich green tea, clove, and allspice are shown in the nose. The palate is firm but balanced with flavors of sandalwood, cedar, and redwood forest. The wine is rich with silky yet firm tannins coupled with hints of smoked meats. This opens up in the glass and keeps giving and giving.
A certificate for a 6 person VIP tasting and tour of historical "Old Stone Winery" (ca. 1908) and Trione's state-of-the-art wine making facility.
Expires March 24, 2018
